Hi, I’m Tiffany — a mom to a sweet and curious 7-year-old named Elliott, who keeps life fun and full of adventure. We love spending time together building Lego creations and exploring our local trails. Outside of family time, my passions center around food, creativity, and connection. You can often find me in the kitchen testing new recipes, tending to my garden, or diving into a good book.
Food has always been my art form and my way of bringing people together. With an extensive background in culinary arts, fine dining, catering, and line work, I’ve developed a deep appreciation for the craft of cooking. Over the past 12+ years, I’ve shared that passion through teaching both cooking and nutrition classes—helping others gain confidence in the kitchen while making nutritious, seasonal, and affordable meals feel accessible.
I’m especially inspired by bridging the gap between nutritious, affordable, and chef-level food. My goal is to show that healthy meals can be both delicious and attainable, regardless of budget or skill level. Along the way, I’ve also built experience in recipe development, research and development, team management, and even a bit of accounting and business ownership—all of which have shaped my well-rounded approach to culinary education and creativity.
